Trace minerals. Does anyone ever talk about these traces of minerals to you to explain how important they are to bodily functions? No one ever told me about trace minerals so I’m going to get the word out because what you don’t know can and may possibly kill you or at the very least – hurt you very badly.
Stress eats up trace minerals. On a daily basis, most people know about macro-minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chloride and sulfur. You need more of these than the micro – or trace – minerals which include: iron, manganese, copper, iodine, zinc, cobalt, fluoride and selenium. However, trace minerals numbers go to about 99 minerals total and these are known as trace elements that used to be in our vegetables. Due to our soils being depleted, we don’t get the traces of minerals that we used to get.
I found out the hard way that we really need these traces of minerals and after researching what trace minerals do for our bodies, I’m here to let you know how important they are and why doctors need to be telling all of us about them.
Trace minerals supply your muscles with the nutrients needed to make our muscles function – without pain. The minute I feel achy all over I know I need to make sure I’m taking trace minerals.
Trace minerals activate our enzymes in our stomach. Without these tiny traces of elements the stomach doesn’t make the enzymes we need to break down our food. Have you noticed your stomach gurgling lately? Didn’t know why? Well you may be needing trace minerals because your stomach gurgling means your body is looking for enzymes.
The more stressed you are, the more trace minerals you need. I take mine in liquid form and they taste great and go right into the cells because they are IONIC minerals. Read more about them here: https://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/ionic-minerals-wacai-32-fl-oz/310/
Interestingly, when I was perplexed as to why my muscles weren’t working (I literally had one arm that didn’t work for a whole year and no one could tell me why) I found that taking minerals for a few months daily released my muscles and gave me back the use of my arm. It says a lot for what vitamins and minerals do for the body.
If you ache all over you may want to give trace minerals a try and, for me, the easiest way to take them is in liquid form. Tablets are also available but just starting out you have to take more than what the bottle tells you to take. Contact me for more info.
